The Challenge
AI agents are fundamentally different from traditional software. They make decisions, use tools, and operate with a degree of autonomy that traditional security models weren't designed for. Prompt injection can turn an agent into an insider threat. Insufficient permission boundaries can lead to data leaks or destructive actions. Without proper guardrails, an AI agent is one adversarial input away from doing exactly what it was designed to prevent.

Architecture Review

Boundary Testing
Test permission controls, role separation, and tool-use restrictions. Attempt to escalate privileges, access unauthorized data, or cause unintended actions through adversarial inputs. We think like attackers to find the gaps before they do.
Pipeline Security
Review the end-to-end pipeline: LLM provider configuration, prompt templates, memory and context management, output filtering, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints. Every stage of the pipeline is a potential attack vector, and we assess each one.
Hardening
Implement least-privilege access, input and output validation, monitoring and logging, circuit breakers, and rollback mechanisms. We help you build the guardrails that let your AI agents operate safely at scale.
