Privacy Policy

Data Collection

We collect minimal data through our contact form, limited to the information you voluntarily provide: name, email address, company name, and your message. We do not use tracking cookies or any form of behavioral tracking on this website.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is collected and processed by Buttondown, a third-party email service. Your email is used solely to send you security insights and company updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. We do not share your email with any other parties. See Buttondown's privacy policy for details on their data handling.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general website traffic patterns. Cloudflare Web Analytics is a privacy-first analytics solution that does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not collect personal data. It provides aggregate metrics only.

Threat Intelligence Data

Our Threat Intelligence page aggregates publicly available cybersecurity data from open-source intelligence (OSINT) feeds including CISA, NVD, URLhaus, Shodan, GreyNoise, AbuseIPDB, VirusTotal, Malware Bazaar, and Feodo Tracker. This data is fetched during website builds and cached using Cloudflare KV for performance. No visitor data is sent to these services — all API calls are server-side during the build process.

Third-Party Services

This website relies on a limited number of third-party services to operate:

  • Cloudflare Turnstile — provides invisible bot protection on our contact form. Turnstile does not use cookies or track users. Contact form submissions are processed through Cloudflare Workers and delivered to our team via Slack.
  • Cloudflare — provides hosting, CDN, DDoS protection, and privacy-first web analytics.
  • Sanity.io — content management system used to manage website content.
  • Buttondown — email newsletter service. Processes subscriber email addresses only. See their privacy policy.
  • Cal.com — scheduling platform used for booking consultation calls. When you schedule a call, Cal.com processes your name, email, and meeting details.

Our website footer and blog posts contain links to our LinkedIn and X (Twitter) profiles. Clicking these links will take you to those platforms, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed for business communications and follow-up. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to any third parties beyond the service providers listed above.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below and we will respond promptly.
